Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Nodebook. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions: support@node-book.app.
The service
Nodebook turns topics and links into AI-generated learning modules with practice and spaced repetition. Module content is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — it is for learning and general information only, not professional (medical, legal, financial, etc.) advice. Verify anything you rely on.
Accounts & acceptable use
You’re responsible for your account and for the topics and links you submit. Don’t use Nodebook to break the law, infringe others’ rights, submit content you don’t have the right to use, or abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the service’s limits or security.
Free and Pro plans
Nodebook offers a free tier with a monthly compile allowance and a paid Pro subscription with a larger allowance and Master Tracks. Compiles consume credits; allowances reset monthly.
Subscriptions, trial & billing
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Stripe on the web. It renews each period until you cancel.
- A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
Your content
You keep ownership of the topics and links you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them (including via our AI provider, Google Gemini) to generate and store your modules and run the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Cancellation & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which permanently erases your data and cancels any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodebook is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means acceptance.
