Support

Need help, hit a bug, or have a feature idea? Email us at support@node-book.app and we’ll get back to you, usually within two business days. Never send your password, sign-in code, or payment details.

That is supported. Apple gives Nodebook a private relay address instead of your personal address. If you contact support from another email account, include the relay address shown in Nodebook Settings so we can identify the right account. Never include your password or a sign-in code.

Open Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases your profile, lessons, AI Courses, credits, study progress, and device registrations. It can’t be undone. Nodebook cancels an active Stripe web subscription before deletion. Apple controls App Store subscriptions, so deleting Nodebook does not cancel Apple billing. The app warns you and lets you open Apple’s subscription settings before you continue. If you used Sign in with Apple, the iPhone app also asks you to confirm with Apple so Nodebook can revoke that authorization. A browser deletion explains Apple’s manual revocation step.

Open Settings → Manage billing. Web purchases open the Stripe customer portal. App Store purchases open Apple’s subscription management. You can also manage an Apple subscription directly at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Canceling stops renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

On iPhone, open Settings → Compare plans → Restore purchases while signed in to Nodebook and the Apple Account that bought Pro. Restoring does not create a new charge. If the entitlement still does not appear, email support with the Nodebook account email and the approximate purchase date, but never send a receipt containing payment details.

Apple decides refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a web purchase, contact support@node-book.app and include the account email and charge date. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel, applicable law, and the facts of the request.

Failed lesson or audiobook generation returns the generation credits automatically. A cached audiobook that already says Ready to listen can be replayed without generation credits. If your balance does not recover after a failure, do not keep retrying; email support with the lesson title and approximate time.

Open the lesson and choose Wrong topic?, then confirm. Nodebook removes that lesson and returns its lesson-generation credits. This is especially useful for ambiguous abbreviations. If the control fails, email the exact prompt you entered so we can investigate.

Reopen the audiobook from the Audio Library. Nodebook can refresh the private playback link and continue near your saved position without buying the audiobook again. Audio Recall voice answers are optional; you can always type and self-grade if microphone permission is denied or speech recognition is unavailable.

Nodebook asks only after you complete and rate a Recall Lock. If enabled, it sends a private reminder only when a memory is due, never more than once in 48 hours or three times in seven days. Change the time, quiet hours, and lock-screen privacy inside Nodebook Settings, or turn notifications off in iOS Settings. Signing out disables reminders for that installation.

Each module is generated by AI (Google Gemini) and may include sources you can inspect. Automated checks can reduce some errors, but AI can still be wrong or cite an unsuitable source. Verify anything you rely on, and tell us if you spot an error.
