Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases your profile, modules, tracks, credits, and study progress, and cancels any active subscription. It can’t be undone.
How do I manage or cancel Pro?
Pro is billed through our website. Go to Settings → Manage billing on the web to update payment details or cancel — you keep Pro until the end of the current period. The iOS app itself has no purchases.
A compile failed — was I charged?
No. If a module fails to compile, the credits are refunded to your balance automatically. If you ever see otherwise, email us and we’ll make it right.
How accurate is the content?
Each module is generated by AI (Google Gemini), grounded in real web sources, and run through an automated fact-check on its key claims — but AI can still be wrong. Verify anything you rely on, and tell us if you spot an error.
